Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912NS-04-T-0114 is issued as a Request for Quote and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. The Nort h American Industry Classification System code is 334515. This is 100% set-aside for small business. CLIN 0001 is for 100 each Ramp Test Sets with functionality and performance similar in specifications to Tel-Instrument Electronic Model T47G and CLIN 0002 is for 100 each NAV/COMM Test Sets with functionality and performance similar in specifications to Tel-Instrument Electronic Model T36M. Delivery of the test sets will be to four different locations in the United States - states of MO, CT, MS and CA. Training will be required on proper use of the test sets consisting of both classroom and actual aircraft testing at each of the four locations listed above. Government also requires annual factory calibration for two years and that out-of-warranty r epairs, factory initiated upgrades, and mods be performed at time of calibration. Government will return equipment to factory at government expense and factory will return to location at factory expense.
