- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for design and producibility improvements for the 40mm XM1057 Non-Lethal Cartridge Program. The objective of this task is to provide continued engineering and manufacturing support on the Contractors? expertise with the telescoping XM1057 cartridge. Efforts will include identifying and refining low cost manufacturing processes for the US Government designed XM1057. The contractor shall have a total period of twenty six weeks after contract award to accomplish this task. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a sole source requirement for Frank Dindl, as he has three patents on the XM1057 components.
