- Description
- The U.S Army TACOM-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ anticipates soliciting a sole source firm fixed-price requirement under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii) to Alliant Techsystems located in Minneapolis, MN to provide an additional 2,000 XM1002 cartridges during the Low Rate Production Phase of the current contract (DAAE30-00-C-1096). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
