Description

The work consists of road reconstruction on approximately 6.5 miles of BLM road. Three option items will be included in the solicitation. Project price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 237310. Project site is located in Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon. Estimated start work is September 15, 2004 and performance time is 180 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 29, 2004. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns.
