Description

This is a modification to the original announcement. This procurement is no longer set aside for small businesses only. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.1001, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is estimated to be over $25,000. Therefore this procurement is open to all sized businesses. Also under Part 19.1300, this procurement will have a price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For evaluation purposes only, all large business offers will be evaluated by adding a 10-percent factor to the total of the offer received by the large business. Then all offers will be evaluated to determine the lowest,responsive, responsible offer for award.
