- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Orlando, TSD intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Buffalo Computer Graphics, Inc (BCG) on a sole source basis. The estimated amount of this award is $200,000. The tasks associated with this contract will be to provide PCS-100 Voyage Management System (VMS) Installation for Newport, RI, PCRadar Automatic Radar Plotting Aid (ARPA) Emulation installation for Newport, RI, PCS-100 Integrated Navigation System (INS) installation for ATG Pearl Harbor, HI, PCS-100 INS installation for ATG Yokosuka, Japan and PCS-100 INS installation for ATG Everett, WA. These installations are necessary for the required compatibility and comparability of the systems throughout the Smart Destroyer Program. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and capability packages in response to this notice no later than 19 July 2004 4:00 PM local time. Such capabilities and qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. NAVAIR Orlando TSD will consider all responses. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Greg Dougherty at Gregory.Dougherty@Navy.Mil.
