Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command on behalf of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Inc., 128 Lakeside Ave., Burlington, VT 05401 on a sole source basis for two (2) each Reconditioned MK47 Millimeter (mm) Advanced Lightweight Grenade Weapon Systems with Lightweight Video Sights and System Storage Cases, One (1) each Reconditioned MK47 Millimeter (mm) Advanced Lightweight Grenade Weapon Systems without Lightweight Video Sights and System Storage Cases, One (1) each Advanced Lightweight Grenade Weapon Systems Spare Parts Package, and One (1) lot MK47 Millimeter (mm) Advanced Lightweight Grenade Weapon Systems New Equipment Training under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All items under this acquisition are to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Commanding General, Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (C52), Attn: GySgt Maring Custer c/o Jeanne Pierson, 3087 Roan Street, Quantico, VA 22134. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is no later than 28 July 2004. Ms. Dianne M.
