Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a request for quotation for a prefabricated structure for the IRS Martinsburg Computing Center located in Kearneysville, West Virginia. In accordance with Part 19 of the FAR, this procurement has been deemed a total small business set-aside. As such, competition will be limited exclusively to small business concerns. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423390 with a size standard of 100 employees. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors may register on line at http://www.ccr.gov. The request for quotation shall be posted electronically on or about July 23, 2004 on the Internet at http://www.procurement.irs.treas.gov. No paper copies of the request for quotation or any amendments will be mailed. Should you have any questions or encounter difficulty in accessing the request for quotation once posted to the website, contact the IRS Point of Contact listed below.
