Description

Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Perimeter Security Upgrades at the J.C. Cleveland Federal Building and the Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse in Concord, New Hampshire. Work to include but not limited to: Remove existing asphalt concrete paving, concrete paving, snowmelt piping, concrete sidewalk, curb, interior ductwork. New work consists of the provision of vehicle barricade, stone clad walls, security bollards, concrete planters, concrete foundations, security access controls, signs, exterior lighting, underground electric lines, asphalt concrete paving, concrete paving, curb, concrete walks, snowmelt piping, interior ductwork, louvers, street furnishings, and other incidental work. Estimated construction price range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. NAICS code for this project is 236220. Small Business Size Standard is $28.5 million. This project is set aside for HUBZone Small Businesses under the Small Business Demonstration Program. Estimated posting date of the IFB is on or about 07/23/04. The IFB, including the solicitation and drawings, will be issued on www.fedteds.gov via a hyperlink on www.fedbizopps.gov.
