Description

The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005) and 1 option year period (August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006). These specifications cover the production of letters/bulletins requiring such operations as copy pickup, films/reproducibles, printing, binding, affixing labels, packing, mailing and delivery. Approximately 25 orders. Approximately 1,000 to 35,000 copies per order. Print face and back. Government to furnish: Camera copy will be single page, one side, 8-1/2 x 11". Camera copy/films for permit imprint. Line work only. Cheshire type labels, marginally punched continuous, 14-7/8 x 11" sheet, 4 across and 11 down. Size of labels are approximately 3/4 x 3". Labels MAY BE in zip code sequence. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Beaver, West Virginia. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Beaver, West Virginia and Washington, DC, and mail f.o.b. contractor?s city by permit imprint. Production time 5 workdays.
