Description

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract extension to contract HQ0006-99-C-0008 with SPARTA, Inc. Under this contract, MDA is acquiring scientific, engineering, and technical assistance services for continuing Threat Systems Engineering Support to MDA/SE. The period of performance for this extension is 1 August to 30 September 2004, for an estimated 12 MYE per month. This extension is necessary to avoid disruption of services while completing the re-procurement of a follow-on contract. See note: 22
