Description
This is an intent to award on a sole source basis to the Economist Intelligence Unit, 111 West 57th Street, New York, NY, the purchase of a customized capital markets regulatory monitoring service and analysis service to enable the SEC to track regulatory developments in the European Union. The electronic access shall provide analytical reports on a quarterly basis and track capital market and corporate governance regulatory issues. The data shall be available as a full-text-on-line retrieval service that provides access to information electronically. The service shall provide legal, business, financial, securities, news and other information for SEC staff nation wide on their desk top computer. This requirement is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a capability statement. The period of performance shall be for one year. Accordingly, the SEC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the Economist Intelligence Unit.
