- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-04-T-5003, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 448150. The size standard is $6,000,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5611. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, 660 S. Aspen Street, Bldg 1005, MS#80, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9551 is requesting (2) EACH EOD-8 SUIT MS, ITEM# 910-004, SIZE 5'8" TO 6'2" AND (2) EACH EOD-8 HELMET, ITEM# 910-002, SIZE: 6'3" TO 6'6". Prospective bidders shall submit their bid along Tax I.D.
