Description

Solicitation Number SB1341-04-Q-0681 dated July 02, 2004 is hereby amended to respond to additional technical questions submitted. Question: Where is the source of this air (ie compressed air, dry air, room air)? Answer: Room air. Question: Who is responsible for feeding / metering this air into the chamber? Answer: The chamber manufacturer. Question: Where into the chamber workspace is this air to be introduced? Answer: Introduced at one of the ports and exits at the other port. Question: What controls for this air (if any) are required by the chamber manufacturer (ie solenoid, flow control, flow meter, etc)? Answer: Approximate volume flow control only is required, except as the chamber manufacturer deems necessary to meet the other specifications. Question: Are there measurement or safety devices required to ensure this air flow is maintained? Answer: No. The current response date, July 12, 2004 @ 3 pm local time, remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUL-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
