- Description: See numbered notes: 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2510-01-130-7944 ? Windshield Assembly, Right. Used on M939 series five-ton trucks. Parts are being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12277069 and all related documents. Total quantity required is 1370 each with 870 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 500 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130 , FOB destination is requested. There is an option for 1370 each, which may or may not be exercised by the Government and pricing for increments up to 3000 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 7/29/04. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 160 days. A written quotation is required.
