RFP SP0460-04-R-4844. Contracting Officer: Arla Allen, 804-279-6133. Est Issue Date: 30 July 2004, Est Closing Date: 30 Sep 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is a critical application item and Configuration Control. Contractor First Article Testing is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 90 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The base year estimated annual quantity is 275 each. The estimated annual quantity for each of the option years is 240 each. Surge and Sustainment is required. An Export Control Technical Data Package is available at DSCR to certified contractors.
