Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate greenhouse bays at the USDA, ARS, Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to: provide the following or equal with required installation and accessories for Item No. 1; one Acme DCA 30 H one-speed exhaust fan, one Micro Grow Growcon with temperature sensor, one micro grow contactor panel, one micro Gro MG 10 vent motor, two Acme #15S pumps, two 25-foot Kool-Cel systems with 70 gallon sump tank with lid, one 125 AMP Square D panel, ten GFCI receptacles, one radiant heat valve and actuator, three jelly jar lights one aluminum storm door with glass panes and replace glass broken in association with the required modifications. Item No. 2; remove existing evaporative cooing system and HVAC controls in a greenhouse bay and replace with the following or equal and any required accessories; one 25-foot Kool-Cel system (system divided by entrance door to greenhouse), one ACME 15S pump, one radiant heat valve and actulator, one Micro Grow Growcon with temperature sensor and one Micro Grow contactor panel. All work is to be complete within 60 days after notice to proceed. An IFB will be issued on or about July 28, 2004. An estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
