- Contractor shall provide mobile Inpatient Dialysis care and treatment services at the Mike O'callaghan Federal Hospital (MOFH), VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. Service will be provided at the Medical Center utilizing the contractor's staff and owned equipment. Contract period will be for base year with 2 one-year renewal options. NAICS Code 621492 with size standard of $29.0 million applies to this procurement. Anticipated solicitation issue date on or about July 30, 2004 and closing date for receipt of proposals will be (30) days thereafter.
