- The US Army War College, Strategic Studies Institute is soliciting fixed price proposals for academic type monographs from distinguished scholars, who are already preeminent in the National Security and Landpower topics listed in the RFP. These mono graphs are approximately 50 pages in length and must meet the publication standards of the USAWC and will be distributed to DOD leaders and available to the public. The monograph are not directed studies in that, the author is listed by name. The views ex pressed are the authors and not necessarily the same as the US Army. Proposed delivery date can not exceed 12 months from date of award. Offers do not have to be made on all topics, with multiple awards anticipated using best value decisional rules.
