PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AT A LATER DATE The solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about AND NOT BEFORE July 26, 2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Requests for information may be faxed to (518) 664-9830 Attn: Contracting Officer or email to Judy_Ferris@nps.gov. The estimate of this project is >$25K and <$100K. The contractor to conduct a Historic Research Study (HRS) which will evaluate or reevaluate park resources within historic content using completed baseline surveys, primary and secondary documentation and cultural resource studies completed by the park since 1980. The resource study will include new or amended National Register documentation for park sites and recommend other needed studies for management purposes. The HRS will identify, describe and analyze the historic contexts essential to understand relationships between the cultural resources held by Women's Rights National Historical Park and local, regional, and national themes and events.
