Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for the following Norgren Brand Regulators and parts: 1) Norgren Air Regulator: Norgren Model # R24-300-RNSA Quick Exhausting/Relieving, with 3/8? ports, max air pressure 10 to 250 psi. Quantity needed is one hundred and twelve (112); 2) 4 Way Single Pilot Operated Air Valve with 3/8? Ports: ARO Part Number M213PS. Quantity needed is eighty-one (81); 3) Pneumatic Momentary Valve, Panel Mount with Red Push Button, 1/8? Ports, Ingersol Rand/ARO Part Number M291HS-13. Quantity forty (40); 4) Air Pressure Gage 0 to 160 psi, panel Mount, Back Ported 1/8? NPT; ARO Part Number 29722. Quantity needed us one hundred and forty-two (142); 5) 4 Way 3 Position Rotary Valve, with ?? NPT Ports; ARO Part No. M514LR. Quantity needed thirty-three 33; 6) Herion, Brand 3 Way Electric Solenoid Valve, 110V AC, Normally closed, 1/2NPT Ports, Herion Part Number 8110005 (0247.120.60 SOF 3/2 ?? NC SOL-SPR RTN). Quantity needed twenty-eight (28). All above components shall fit into a pre-fabricated control panel enclosure therefore substitute brands will not work and the parts quoted shall be BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) located in Washington, DC. The resulting Purchase Order shall be Firm Fixed Price. Award shall be made to the responsible, technically acceptable offeror who is lowest in price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNs number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due on July 26, 2004 by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard time.
