- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Reproductive Health (DRH) has a requirement to provide ?Consultation and Support and to Conduct Analyses on a Linked Data Set of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Birth/Death Files.? This proposed contract action announces the Governments intent to issue a purchase order, on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 302-1(b)(1)(i), to Massachusetts Department of Public Health. This procurement is to provide consultation and support for the linkage project currently underway, conduct analyses utilizing the linked ART-Birth record dataset, and to evaluate other possible datasets that might supplement the linked ART-Birth record dataset. A Linkage Work Group, composed of persons from CDC and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, has been in existence.
