Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION (Materials management services for the Clinical Center at the National Institute of Health under Reference Nr. NO4GR02. A-76 PERMORMANCE DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the material management services for the Clinical Center that included the functions of Central Hospital Supply, Storage and Distribution, Inventory Management, and Management Analyst/Systems Administrator. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for materials management services at the Clinical Center in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On July 1, 2004, the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition
