Description
Bell Helicopter (214 ST) Pilot Training The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA) Training Team (AMA-260) has a requirement for Bell 214 ST Initial, Recurrent, and Supplemental Out-of-Agency Pilot Qualification Training. The FAA anticipates award of an Requirements contract with firm-fixed-pricing for the base year and two (2) one-year options. The estimated annual requirement is 1 initial with flight, and 1 recurrent with supplemental training on an ???as needed??? basis. This is a competitive requirement for all qualified sources. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from this Internet posting (see attachment). If downloading is not possible your request for SIR copies should be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405) 954-3030 or by e-mail Avis.Franklin@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to the attention of Avis Franklin, and reference SIR: DTFAAC-04-R-01167 This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantage Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
