Description: The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program intends to negotiate and award a sole source Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract to General Electric Rolls Royce Fighter Engine Team, LLC, to procure the JSF F136 Propulsion System for the Systems Development and Demonstration (SDD) phase of the program, as well as flight test spare and repair parts, flight test support, and support and training systems development. Only the General Electric Rolls Royce Fighter Engine Team, LLC, possesses the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and unique experience required to perform the JSF F136 Propulsion System SDD contract.
