- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Air Warfare Center ? Aircraft Division, intends to negotiate with BAE Systems, Communication, Identification, Navigation, and Reconnaissance Division, Wayne, NJ on a sole source basis for the conversion of approximately 120 MLR-2020-A multi-mode receivers to the MLR-2020-A-1 configuration. Modification of the multi-mode receiver will provide it with glide slope and marker beacon capabilities. BAE is the original equipment manufacturer and retains the necessary proprietary rights to accomplish this effort. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal and is for informational purposes only. However, all responses received in response to this announcement will be addressed by the Contracting Officer. Note 22 applies.
