Description

Repair/Replace HVAC Systems and Incidental related work at Building 1060 on Naval Air Station Fort Worth TX 76127. Existing work: remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the existing work which remain. Repair or replace portions of existing work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting officer. At the completion of operations, existing work shall be in a condition completion of operations, existing work shall be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new work started. SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 28 JULY 2004 AT 9:00 HOURS. Provide a list of people attending so that paperwork can be given to the front gate for access to the site visit. Names of people attending must be provided no later than 3:00 on 27 July 2004. NAICS code is 238220, size standard is 12 million. This is a HUB ZONE Set Aside project. However, if not enough Hub Zone proposals are received then the project becomes unrestricted. (All contractor's are encouraged to bid). Proposals will be due on 16 August 2004 before 1600 hours. Any questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing so that an amendment can be furnished to all contractors.
