- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate on a sole basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Q-Matic Corporation, 95 Underwood Road, Fletcher, NC 28732. The product is a free standing, wireless queuing management system including proprietary wireless display, ticket printer, and remote transmitters. Software, and services for approximately 150 walk-in offices with nationwide locations and must be compatible existing infrastructure. The products are to be delivered within 90 days. The system shall be capable of integrating with existing Q-Matic queuing management systems in approximately 210 existing locations, existing network infrastructure and Tier III applications. The system shall deliver, at a minimum, the level of functionality including a wireless system with ticket editing functionality, wireless remote terminals, wireless displays, the management of walk-in customers and management information reporting. All responsible sources, other than Q-Matic Corporation, who can provide the above requirement, should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement.
