Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the publisher to produce a weekly newspaper to be known as the Mach Meter, a Civilian Enterprise (CE) Newspaper published to provide news and command information to personnel of Cannon AFB, NM. This publication is subject to the requirements of Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 5120.4, Air Force Instruction (AFI) 35-101 and the regulations incorporated therein by reference. The applicable NAICS is 511110 (SIC 2711). The period of performance will be for a basic period of 2 years with renewal options of 1 or 2 years for up to a total of 6 years. The Government reserves the right to exercise the options. Proposals are due no later than 6 August 2004, 4:00 PM (MST) to 27 CONS/AFLT, 511 North Torch Blvd,Cannon AFB NM 88103-5109. All proposals shall be marked with the Request for Proposals Number FA4855-04-R-0002. A prebid conference will be held on 23 July 2004 in Bldg. 300 27th Contracting Squadron), Conference Room# 135 at 10:00 AM (MST).
