- Description
- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation to obtain an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type contract in supporting the ALR-69 system. The proposed contract action is for Engineering and software support services and associated, incidental supplies for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Integral Business Solutions, 1700 West Highway 36, Suite 205, Roseville, MN, 55113-4014 (Cage Code 1WRJ1) under the authority of 6.302-1. The period of performance for this service is three (3) years ARO. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
