Description

Scope of Work The work of this contract consists of the general construction of a 780 square foot structure for a fire cache storage building. Work includes site work, building construction and related utilities. The building consists of a concrete masonry unit shell, synthetic stucco (EIFS) exterior wall finish, concrete floor slab, prefabricated wood truss roof, and asphalt shingles,. All work will be performed under a single contract. The project is located at Wind Cave National Park headquarters area approximately 13 miles north of Hot Springs, SD on highway US385. The anticipated dates of construction are from September through December, 2004. Award of this project will be in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). This project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 23332, P&S: Y199. This solicitation will be available only on the Department of Interior (DOI) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov O/A July 29, 2004, and will close O/A August 30, 2004 at 02:00 pm MT, unless extensions are issued in an amendment.
