- The work consists of construction of steel sheet piling grade control structure No. 1. The major items of work are: Protective Cover-2 acres; Clearing & Grubbing-1 lump sum; Removal of Water-1 lump sum; Steel Sheet Piling-7,937.4 S.F.; Structural Steel-1 lump sum; Excavation, Common-4,643 C.Y.; Eathfill-1,362 C.Y.; Drainfill-129 C.Y.; Reinforced Concrete, Class 4000-165 C.Y.; Steel Reinforcement-19,580 Lb.; PVC Drain Pipe-1 lump sum; Rock Riprap-1,399 Tons; Filter Material for Rock Riprap-226 C.Y.; Geotextile-1,526 S.Y.; Field Office Facility-1 lump sum; Construction Access Road-1 lump sum; Concrete Grout-51 C.Y.; Mobilization & Demobilization-1 lump sum. This work is to be completed within 302 calendar days. Estimated price range for this work is $500,000 to $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation documents will be available on the FedBizOpps website on or about August 3, 2004.
