- This Request for Quotes is for the dry lease(wiothout pilot) of up to two(2) twin engine aircraft. The aircraft shall be made available for the 2004 fire season. Turbine AircraftThese aircraft will be utilized by the USDA, Forest Service, Region One Aviation for support of fire and aviation management activities. Types of work will include functioning as an “Aerial Supervision/Leadplane platform, transporting passenger (administrative use), resource management, pilot training and proficiency, and transportation in support of accomplishing the purposes of the USDA, FS, Region One Aviation. This is an Exclusive Use for 90 calendar days. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUL-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
