- Description
- This Request for Proposal is for site work. The project will consist of construction of a foundation for a modular bunkhouse supplied by others, concrete sidewalks and site work around the bunkhouse, and associated utilities including water, wastewater, electrical, telephone and natural gas. Project also includes installing water, wastewater and electrical connections to trailer sites, seeding and mulching. The proposed contract is located approximately 8 miles north of Gunnison, CO, off of SH 135 at the Ropers Administrative Site. Ropers is about 2 miles south of Almont. The performance period for the proposed contract is 60 calendar days. The magnitude of the proposed contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed contract is available under a total set-aside for small businesses. The anticipated date for posting of the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov) is on or around July 15, 2004.
