- This project is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to remove an existing bridge and to replace with a bottomless arch culvert with gabion basket headwalls. This shall be a firm fixed price contract. Performance period is estimated at 120 calendar days. NAICS code is 237310, size standard $28.5 million. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to this web site exclusively. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued on approximately July 28, 2004.
