- AMENDMENT: 0001, TO SOLICITATION: W15QKN-04-R-0212 This solicitation is amended to add the following statement to the end of paragraph b, page 14 of 53, of Proposal Risk Assessment and Past Performance Risk Assessment: “Proof of access is required for non-USG weapons only. No proof of access is required for USG weapons; merely the name of the Government Entity, address and POC in possession of the weapon(s) to be evaluated.” All other terms and conditions remain the same.
