Description

A 75,000 square foot Readiness Center of concrete, tilt-up type construction, with concrete floors and a standing metal seam roof. A two-story structure with mechanical and electrical equipment. The secondary structure is a 12,400 square foot unheat ed metal storage building. Outside supporting facilities include military and privately-owned vehicle parking, fencing, sidewalks, underground and overhead utilities, outside lighting, access roads, detached facility sign, wash platform, fuel strorage an d dispensing system, and flagpole. Cost effective energy conserving features are incorporated into the design, including energy management control systems and high efficiency motors, lighting, and HVAC systems. The magnitude of construction is between $1 0 million and $25 million. A site visit will be conducted on 27 July 2004 at 11:00am PDT. The location of the site visit is the corner of Riverside Avenue and Meyer Drive in Moreno Valley (March Air Reserve Base) California.
