Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of removal and disposal of existing campground equipment, structures and existing toilets. Constructing a new campground consisting of 18 camp spurs, camp units and tent pads and one Host Unit camp spur with septic tank and drainfield; constructing and reconstructing approximately 2200 L.F. of access and campground loop road. Also, included is approximately 1800 lineal feel of HDPE water line and 5 hydrants; installing two Government-furnished double vault toilets; a Fee Tube; new site furniture such as expanded metal picnic tables, pedestal utility tables and fire rings are to be furnished and installed. NAICS code: 237990. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. The project is located in the Minidoka Ranger District of the Sawtooth National Forest, Cassia County, Idaho, in Section 32, T14S, R19E, Boise Meridian. It is approximately 30 miles south of Hansen, Idaho. The project may be accessed from State Highway 30 at Hansen, proceed south on Rock Creek Road, go approximately 30 miles to Porcupine Springs campground access road FDR 500 and proceed about one-half mile. Estimated price range: between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start date is 9/07/04 with completion by 6/24/05. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
