- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than close of business on 22 July 2004. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: wynona.rath@offutt.af.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 336411 and 1500 employees respectively. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 1, Wheel Build Up Stand, Quantity 1 each. Item 2, Wheel Adaptor KC-135 Nose, Quantity 1 each Item 3, Wheel Adaptor KC-135 Main, Quantity 1 each Item 4, Wheel Adaptor E-4 Nose, Quantity 1 each Item 5, Wheel Adaptor E-4 Main, Quantity 1 each Item 6, Shipping for all parts. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE.
