Description
REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space of approximately 7,150 useable square feet with a range of 8,000 to 8,500 rentable square feet. Space must be contiguous, on one floor, and fully ADA accessible. Building shall have 32 onsite parking spaces for tenants use with public parking available within 1-2 blocks. Building must also be within 1-2 blocks of public transportation. LOCATION: The delineated area is to be in Cuyahoga County, OH within the area bounded on the: North by Mayfield Rd and Euclid; West by East 105 Street, Quincy and Woodhill Road; South by Buckeye Road; East by Woodburn and Conventry Roads LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by May 2, 2005. Expressions of interest should include the following and be submitted no later than 4:00pm EST, August 6, 2004: (1.) Building name and address or location of build to suit. (2.) Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rentable rate per rentable square foot. (3.) Floor plan. (4.) Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that Offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
