Description

1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of wire fence supplies and poly pipe to be delivered FOB Destination to the addresses listed respectively for Schedule A, Schedule B and Schedule C of Supplies/Services below. 2. Submit an all or none price quote for Schedules A, B, and C to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or fax to Leah Arp-Romero at (520) 670-4532 by close of business July 26, 2004. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 4. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 5. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-24. 6. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 423390 (Other Construction Material Merchant Wholesalers) and the size standard is 500 employees. 7. Price quotes are to be submitted as per Schedule A of supplies/services as follows: Item 01: T-Posts, .133, 5.5 ft., solid green or white/gray tipped, 1320 each w/clips; Item 02: Wire, barbed, 12.5 gauge, 2-point, 5 in. spacing, 60 spools @ 1320 ft./spool; Item 03: Wire, barbless, 12.5 gauge, 20 spools @ 1320 ft./spool; Item 04: Wire stays, 42 inch, 88 bundles @ 100 stays/bundle; Item 05: Line Posts, Wooden, treated, 8.5 ft. long, 50 each; Item 06: Freight for Schedule A items FOB Destination to Safford Ranger District Warehouse, 111 9th Street, Safford, AZ 85546. 8.
