The Hoosier National Forest anticipates awarding one or more contracts for professional land surveying. Services may include: survey, mark and post National Forest System land boundaries; search and evaluate corner monuments; maintain previously marked boundaries; research courthouse records; preparation of legal descriptions; and other miscellaneous work incidental to the surveying professions. The services must be completed by a firm with an Indiana registered professional land surveyor on staff. The contract/s will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract/s consisting of a base year and 4 one-year options. The minimum Task Order for all five years is $2500 with the maximum of $100,000 per year. The following evaluation criteria will be utilized in awarding the original IDIQ contract/s: 1. Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services, including the experience and qualifications of proposed key personnel and the amount of time a registered professional land surveyor will spend in the field on this project. 2. Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. 3. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. 4. Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules. 5. Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the projects. Interested parties should submit a S.F. 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications along with adequate information to determine the experience and use of GPS equipment in completing cadastral surveys, the office location of the project surveyor and crew, the number of party chiefs that could be assigned to projects under the contract and their experience, and any available equipment. The S.F. 330 is a relatively new form that can be downloaded from www.gsa.gov.
