Description

A/E firm to provide all professional, technical, and investigative service to prepare working drawings, specifications, and provide construction period services for ?Construct Research Building?, at the DVA Medical Center, Iowa City, Iowa. The new research building would likely have three (3) floors of approximately 6,900 gross square feet each for an estimated total of 20,700 square feet. Estimated construction cost range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. The area of consideration is within a 150 mile radius of this facility. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their qualifications and past performance on SF 330 (Architect Engineer Qualifications) and, for any consultants, on SF 330 Extra Sections E and F no later than 8/20/04.
