Description

The Carl T. Hayden VAMC, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a contractor to furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and other items necessary to perform (Hazardous) Biomedical Waste Collection & Disposal Services. The contract period shall be for a base year beginning October 1, 2004, with four additional one-year options, subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition is unrestricted full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 562112 and Business Size Standard is $10.5 Million. The solicitation shall be made available on or about July 20, 2004 with a due date of August 11, 2004, by 3:00PM USA/Arizona MST time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.box.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies.
