Description

Provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 04-0085, Repair Pavements in accordance with the specifications. Contract will be an IDIQ type contract. Terms will be a Base year and one option year. Work is 100% general. Water and electricity will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period will be specified on each delivery order. A 1 year warranty of construction will be required. Project minimum is $100,000 and the project maximum is $4,500,000. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 237310. The Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000. Project will be awarded using full and open competition procedures. Solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 3 August 2004. Hard copies will not be available from the 5th Contracting Office.
