Description
This requirement is to procure the following items. 2 each TITAN AN/PRD-13(V)1 or Equivalent, 2 each Antenna Mount Strap, Tie Down Kit, 2 each BB390 NiMH Battery "Extra", and 2 each Cable Assembly, Battery Power, with Cigarette Lighter Adapter. The following features are required on the TITAN AN/PRD-13(V)1 or equivalent. Frequency Coverage: 2 - 2000 MHz DF/Intercept (MA-445C), 1 - 1400 MHz Monitor (MA-713), 2 - 500 MHz DF (MA-308). Demodulators: FMw, FMn, AM, USB, LSB, CW. DF Accuracy: 3? RMS Typical (Antenna and Location Dependent). DF Coverage: 360? Azimuth, 0? to +60? Elevation. Graphical Displays: PAN (50kHz, 200kHz, 900kHz, 5MHz spans), DF (Histogram and Vector). Remote Interface: RS-232C. Receiver Operating Modes: Directed Search (Channel Scan): 400 channels, selectable priority, General Search (Band Sweep): Automatic, semi-automatic, new energy modes, Bands: Selectable, 9 bands, Signal List: Log up to 400: Center frequency, BW, time statistics, Pass List: Avoid up to 400 channels, Built-In-Test: End-to-end system test, includes: Start-up, Operator Initiated, and background. Physical Characteristics: System Weight: 18kg (36.7 lbs) including MB-5700 NiCd Battery (Weight is dependent on mission configuration), Power: 3.9 watts max, Power Input: 10 to 16 VDC Temperature: -20?C to +50?C Operating, -40?C to +70?C Storage, Humidity: 0 to 100% Condensing, Altitude: 15,240 meters (50,000 feet), Submersion: 1 meter (3 feet) for 1 minute (MD-403A), Rain, Salt Fog: Test qualified, Vibration, Shock: Designed to MIL-STD-810. This action is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under FAR Subpart 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items), and award will be made in the form of a firm fixed price purchase order.
