Description

H-- The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to award a contract for services, which will include the providing of all necessary labor, equipment, materials and facilities for the performance of wastewater testing and sampling at various locations on Fort A.P. Hill, VA. Work pertaining to this contract is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the anticipated firm-fixed price requirements contract. The p eriod of performance is 1 October 2004 thru 30 September 2005, plus four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on or before 20 Aug 2004. Upon release to the public the solicitation shall be available via the internet, on the Army S ingle Face to Industry (ASFI) website. Bidders are responsible for routinely checking the website for possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendment will be provided. Proposal due date and time will be i ncluded in the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 54138, with a Small Business Size Standard of $6M. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. This requirement is being set-asi de 100% for small business concerns, only.
