Description

USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) require the analysis of energy conservation options (ECO) applicable to tactical equipment maintenance facilities (TEMF) in relevant climate zones throughout the United States. Period of service will be no later than sixty (60) days after award of the contract. This proposed procurement will be on a sole-source basis using simplified acquisition procedures. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with University of Illinois/Richard J. Liesen PhD, program developer. Request for W9132T-04-T-0150 will be issued on or about 4 August 2004 with a closing date of 16 August 2004.
