Description

Furish all labor and materials to remove and replace 670 ft of boundary fence, construct a 5 ft. high berm 670 ft long to elevate new fence above flood level, and add 3 ft in height to 477 ft. of existing fence either side of new construction located at Sullys Hill National Game Preserve, Benson County, North Dakota. Performance period is 45 days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2004 with a closing date of on or about August 11, 2004. The solicitation will be available through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps. gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the solicitation to 303-236-4791, Attention: Cathleen DeBerry. Please include solicitation number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award.
