Description

THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Project Name: Sidewalk Renovation Visitor Center and Picnic Shelter. The National Park Service, US Department of the Interior, is soliciting competitive bids for a firm, fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: General construction of and demolition of existing sidewalk, fine grading and compacting for new exposed aggregate sidewalk, and construction of a screen structure, work located at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield and is to be completed as per the plans and specifications. All work will be performed under a single contract. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. Contract duration is 120 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. An organized site visit is scheduled for all interested and qualified parties on Wednesday, August 11, 2004 at 10:00 AM. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about July 23, 2004 at the following website: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification. Plan holders will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents.
